A. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS:

D. MOTIONS & RESOLUTIONS (Discussion Items/Possible Committee Action):
(1) Discussion and/or Possible Action on request for the committee to recommend the Board of Governors Approve a Request for a small lot subdivision and other entitlements necessary for the construction of 5 (five) single family small lot dwellings at 1516 Echo Park Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90026 (ZA number pending)
(2) Discussion and/or Possible Action on application for a Plan Approval to continue the sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with an existing restaurant/night club and to permit required parking to be located off-site by lease in lieu of by covenant at the Echo located at 1822 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90026. (ZA 2004-4734) (CUB -2V-PA1)
(3) Discussion and/or Possible Action on application for a Conditional Use Permit to expand for the sale and consumption to a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with an existing restaurant, Senor Fish, located at 1701 West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90026. (ZA # Pending)
(4) Discussion and/or Possible Action on request for the committee to recommend the Board of Governors Authorize a letter to Council Members Garcetti and Reyes seeking their support in introducing a motion in City Council that would request the City Attorney draft an ordinance which would require night club and special event promoters to register with the city and be required to print their registration number on promotional materials handed out or posted within the city.
(5) Discussion and/or Possible Action on request for the committee to recommend the Board of Governors Support the efforts of Food and Water Watch (FWW) in their campaign against the building of a massive water tunnel in northern California that would that would potentially increase local water rates and a Resolution by Council Member Koretz supporting the ban on “Fracking”, the process of injecting millions of gallons of water, sand and toxic chemicals in order to release oil and gas.

Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Committee's subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period.
