Executive Committee – Shall consist of five (5) officers of the Board of Governors. Four (4) officers are elected by Stakeholders. These include: President, Vice President, CIO-Second Vice President, Treasurer and one (1) elected by the Board of Governors to serve as a Member-At- Large Parliamentarian.
